Well the transfer window has closed and finally the Ashley Cole transfer saga is over. No surprises there really, considering the whole tapping up / secret meeting shenanigans….
United have not really done much business, but surprisingly let Giuseppe Rossi go on loan to Newcastle leaving us woefully short of forward players.
After the great start we have made to the season, i at least expected two more players to be joining before the deadline but as usual where United are concerned, prices were inflated and opposing teams unwilling to sell to us.
